Day 10 - Las Vegas inspired glittering LED sign generator

I'm currently in Vegas and I'm inspired by all the glimmering LED signage, especially the marquee for the Paris hotel. I wanted to create something that mimics the LED neon glimmering effect. Try using your own text, and tweak the sliders to produce a different look.
